Week Nine | Space + Art
As a student who once majored in astrophysics, I went on many field trips, observing the night sky. I understand why the ancient people were so fascinated by the sky. It was something beautiful but we knew nothing about. I find that it is easy for people to connect the space with art as well, probably because they are both mysterious. Many art and media works described astronomy and human's relationship with the space in the future in detail. For instance, the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey can be called as the forefather of the all the science fiction movies about the space in present-day world.
